Account Settings

Manage your personal account settings from the Account page, accessible via the user menu in the top-right corner.

Profile Information

Your account profile includes:

  • Email — Your login email (also used for notifications)
  • Application Role — Your platform-level role (displayed, not editable)
  • Account Status — Verified / Enabled status

Password Management

Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to Account → Security & Authentication.
  2. Click Request Password Reset.
  3. You'll receive an email with a secure reset link.
  4. Click the link and set a new password.

Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one.

Subscription & Billing

The Account page displays:

  • Your current subscription plan and status.
  • Monthly action usage vs. limit.
  • Billing period dates.
  • Recent invoices and billing history.

Organization Memberships

View all organizations you belong to, including:

  • Organization name
  • Your role in each organization
  • Join date

Danger Zone

  • Account Deactivation — Contact your administrator to disable your account.
  • Data Export — Request an export of your data by contacting support.
