Billing & Subscriptions

Formstamper uses a subscription-based billing model powered by Stripe. Each subscription includes a monthly action limit, and every stamped document counts as one action.

How Billing Works

  1. Choose a plan during onboarding (or upgrade later from Account settings).
  2. Use actions by stamping documents — each stamped PDF is one action.
  3. Track usage on your Account page dashboard.
  4. Invoices are generated automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

Viewing Your Subscription

Go to Account to see:

  • Current plan name and tier.
  • Subscription status.
  • Current billing period dates.
  • Actions used vs. actions available.
  • Upcoming renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

  • Upgrade/Downgrade — Change plans from the Account page. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Cancel — Cancel your subscription. You retain access until the current period ends.
  • Update Payment Method — Manage your card details through the secure Stripe portal.

Subscription management is handled securely through Stripe. Formstamper never stores your full credit card details.
