What Counts as an Action?
An action is a single document generation event:
- Stamping one PDF from a template = 1 action
- Stamping a batch of 100 PDFs = 100 actions
- Failed stamp attempts do not count
- Saving/editing templates does not count
- Creating workflows does not count
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial on the Starter plan with limited actions. No credit card required.
During the trial:
- Full access to the Template Creator
- Full access to the Workflow Builder
- Limited to trial action quota
Billing Cycles
- Monthly — Billed on the same date each month.
- Annual — Billed once per year at a discounted rate (save ~17%).
Action limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused actions do not roll over.
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
- Cancellations let you keep using the service until the current period ends.
