Usage Tracking
Formstamper tracks your action usage in real-time so you always know where you stand relative to your plan limits.
Viewing Usage
Account Page
Your Account page shows:
- Actions Used — Number of actions consumed in the current period.
- Actions Remaining — How many actions you have left.
- Usage Period — Start and end dates of the current billing cycle.
- A visual progress bar showing usage percentage.
Admin Dashboard
Administrators see aggregated usage across:
- All users (Super Admin / Admin view)
- Organization members (Org Admin view)
The dashboard includes trend charts showing usage over the last 6 months.

Usage Alerts
Formstamper notifies you when:
- You've used 80% of your monthly actions.
- You've used 100% of your monthly actions.

Once you hit your action limit, document stamping is paused until:
- Your billing period resets (actions refill automatically), or
- You upgrade to a higher plan.
Usage History
View past billing periods and their action consumption on the Account → Billing History section:
- Period dates
- Total actions used
- Plan at the time
- Invoice status
Organization-Level Tracking
For organization administrators, usage is tracked both per-user and aggregate:
- See which team members are consuming the most actions.
- Identify usage trends over time.
- Plan capacity for upcoming periods.
