Usage Tracking

Formstamper tracks your action usage in real-time so you always know where you stand relative to your plan limits.

Viewing Usage

Account Page

Your Account page shows:

  • Actions Used — Number of actions consumed in the current period.
  • Actions Remaining — How many actions you have left.
  • Usage Period — Start and end dates of the current billing cycle.
  • A visual progress bar showing usage percentage.

Admin Dashboard

Administrators see aggregated usage across:

  • All users (Super Admin / Admin view)
  • Organization members (Org Admin view)

The dashboard includes trend charts showing usage over the last 6 months.

Usage Alerts

Formstamper notifies you when:

  • You've used 80% of your monthly actions.
  • You've used 100% of your monthly actions.

Once you hit your action limit, document stamping is paused until:

  • Your billing period resets (actions refill automatically), or
  • You upgrade to a higher plan.

Usage History

View past billing periods and their action consumption on the Account → Billing History section:

  • Period dates
  • Total actions used
  • Plan at the time
  • Invoice status

Organization-Level Tracking

For organization administrators, usage is tracked both per-user and aggregate:

  • See which team members are consuming the most actions.
  • Identify usage trends over time.
  • Plan capacity for upcoming periods.
