Managing Members

Organization administrators can invite, manage, and remove members through the admin panel.

Inviting Members

  1. Navigate to your Organization page.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the user's email address.
  4. Select a role: Admin or Member.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

The invitee receives an email with a link to join the organization. If they don't have a Formstamper account, they'll be prompted to create one first.

Invitation Statuses

StatusDescription
PendingInvitation sent, awaiting acceptance
AcceptedUser has joined the organization
ExpiredInvitation link has expired (after 7 days)
RevokedAdmin cancelled the invitation

Managing Existing Members

From the Organization members list, administrators can:

  • Change Role — Promote a member to admin or demote an admin to member.
  • Remove Member — Remove a user from the organization (their personal account remains active).

Viewing Members

The members list shows:

  • Email address
  • Role (Admin / Member)
  • Join date
  • Last active date

Removing a member from an organization does not delete their Formstamper account. They simply lose access to the organization's shared templates and data.
