Managing Members
Organization administrators can invite, manage, and remove members through the admin panel.
Inviting Members
- Navigate to your Organization page.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the user's email address.
- Select a role: Admin or Member.
- Click Send Invitation.
The invitee receives an email with a link to join the organization. If they don't have a Formstamper account, they'll be prompted to create one first.
Invitation Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | Invitation sent, awaiting acceptance |
| Accepted | User has joined the organization |
| Expired | Invitation link has expired (after 7 days) |
| Revoked | Admin cancelled the invitation |
Managing Existing Members
From the Organization members list, administrators can:
- Change Role — Promote a member to admin or demote an admin to member.
- Remove Member — Remove a user from the organization (their personal account remains active).
Viewing Members
The members list shows:
- Email address
- Role (Admin / Member)
- Join date
- Last active date

Removing a member from an organization does not delete their Formstamper account. They simply lose access to the organization's shared templates and data.
